Chemicals and Consumer Products

The following draft East African standards have been prepared by the EAC Chemicals and Consumer Products Sector Technical Committee in accordance with the procedures of the EASC,, and are now being circulated for public comments. The Committee would appreciate any comments on these Draft Standards, which should be submitted before 30th March 2011 to the coordinating secretariat at UNBS on email apostella2000(at)yahoo.co.uk using the attached forms.  It will also be appreciated if those who have no specific comments to make but find the draft standards generally acceptable to notify us accordingly.

Draft Standards for Cassava and Potatoes and their derived produsts
 
The following draft East African standards have been prepared by the EAC Fruits and Vegetables Technical Committee in accordance with the procedures of the EASC, and are now being circulated for public comments. The Committee would appreciate any comments on these Draft Standards, which should be submitted before 19th March 2010 using the attached forms.  It will also be appreciated if those who have no specific comments to make but find the draft standards generally acceptable can notify us accordingly. The regional meeting to finalize discussions of these standards will be held in Kigali Rwanda from 22nd to 24th March 2010.
