Workshops on Export Quality Management
EAC-SQMT project executed by PTB (German Metrology Institute) offers a series of workshops on "Export Quality Management". The Workshop offers answers on all aspects of quality control and management directed to exporters.
It covers technical regulations and standards, product certification, testing, metrology, quality management; explains ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP); examines the value of accreditation and the reasons for its difficult implementation in developing countries and discusses the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) and its benefit to the business community.
